In 2011, what started as an ordinary day turned into the hardest one in our lives.
We faced a fire accident in our house in Dubai. Our house burned down, and all of our possessions vanished from one moment to another, leaving behind only emotions. But what made me think even more about that event was the awareness that such a disaster could have been avoided.
As I tried to figure things out, I asked myself questions that not all of the property owners tend to ask themselves until they actually face a problem.
Why did the maintenance systems fail?
Why were there no early warning signs?
Why was there no accountability regarding the issue?
The main question is how many other families face the same risks but are not aware of it.
That event completely changed my life.
Instead of moving forward, I decided to investigate the property maintenance industry from the inside out. It was important for me to find out how buildings are maintained, why some preventable issues take place despite that, and how a trustworthy service can be established.
What I found out was the problem that was affecting thousands of property owners. Many maintenance companies did not pay enough attention to preventing issues rather than fixing them after they appeared.
Inspections were not done regularly, communication was not transparent, and clients were not provided with any support after the job was done. Preventive maintenance, which was the key to avoiding expensive repairs and dangerous situations, was ignored.
There had to be another way to deal with it.
In 2015, I founded RepairCart Technical Services LLC with a clear purpose: to redefine property maintenance through professionalism, preventive care, transparency, and accountability.
From the very beginning, our vision has never been to simply repair homes or commercial properties. Our goal has been to protect them.
Today, RepairCart delivers comprehensive maintenance solutions for apartments, villas, offices, retail spaces, and commercial buildings across Dubai. Our services cover air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, renovations, handyman services, and annual maintenance contracts-all delivered with one commitment: doing the job right the first time.
We carry out inspections, repairs, and maintenance plans based on the lessons learned during our own experience. The knowledge we have obtained allows us to be aware of the fact that behind each property lies a family, a business, investments, or a future which has been created by somebody. For this reason, we do not consider maintenance as any other service. We know the importance of protecting valuable assets, as well as avoiding unnecessary disruptions for those people whose lives are connected with it.
Our experience has shown us the importance of consistency, honesty, and quality in order to earn the trust of the customers. This is why we hire professional technicians, use safety measures, communicate with our customers honestly, and try to solve the problems on a long-term basis.
From tragedy to a mission which still motivates RepairCart.
